About ScoliSource
At ScoliSource, patients receive evidence-based, scoliosis-specific physical therapy designed to reduce risk of curve progression, manage pain, reduce angle of rotation, enhance quality of life and provide patients with the tools and knowledge to care for their scoliosis. Dr. Rosemary Carvajal, PT, DPT, is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced certification in the Rigo Concept BSPTS (Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School) Levels 1-3 and SEAS (Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis) methods - two internationally recognized scoliosis-specific exercise approaches rooted in the principles of the original Schroth Method. These methods integrate three-dimensional correction techniques, postural re-education, and individualized programs to optimize spinal alignment, improve function, and support long-term spine health. Treatment is available either in the comfort of the patient’s home or in a private clinic setting, ensuring a personalized care experience.
Hybrid Practice Model
Our hybrid model offers the flexibility to receive your care either in our clinic or, when available, in the comfort of your home. In-home visits are offered on a case-by-case basis. Clinic visits offer access to specialized equipment. Longer in-clinic intensive sessions are available for patients living outside the region and can be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. This approach ensures you receive expert scoliosis-specific care in the setting that best supports your consistency and success.
Please note: In-home visits are only available for patients who live within a nearby service area and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis during scheduling.
